most of our goods are made to order which is a much more sustainable production process & allows us to use minimal waste. due to this our fulfillment times are a little longer. made to order goods can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship but often will arrive sooner than that window.

please note that we do not collect and are not responsible for additional VAT or customs fees that will be added when orders enter countries other than the USA. it is your responsibility to collect your packages & pay any VAT or customs fees in a timely manner. if your collection window expires & your package is returned to us we can send it back to you at an additional charge.
international orders are also shipped via USPS but can take up to 3 weeks depending on your country's customs holding times.

route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. no need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. the route app is available on android and apple app stores.

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
we do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. it is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. if it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. once it ships, we are not responsible.
LOST, STOLEN OR LATE PACKAGES:
bean goods is not responsible for lost, stolen or late packages. once the tracking information indicates "delivered” bean goods is not responsible for stolen or missing mail. please contact USPS (your local post office) or Route with questions regarding shipment tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding items purchased on sale or using a discount code of 20% of more) in original packaging can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. bean goods does offers refunds in the form of store credit only. all returns must be submitted via our returns portal.
you are welcome to exchange your item for the same item in a different size (if it’s available). otherwise, store credit will be issued and can be used towards anything else on our website plus it never expires.
clothing & dog wear must be unwashed, free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. if an item is returned to us in an imperfect condition, it will be returned to you at your cost.
once your return(s) is submitted through our returns portal HERE, it will be in review. after your return is approved by bean goods, you will receive a follow-up email with the return instructions and shipping address. please make sure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back to bean goods.
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
you are responsible for paying for your shipping cost to return or exchange your item(s) to bean goods. bean goods does not pay for return or exchange shipping (unless the item(s) arrived damaged in transit or there was a mistake on our part). we strongly recommend that you send your returns and exchanges back with a tracking number. we are not responsible for any return or exchanges packages lost in transit.
once your return has been received & passed our quality control process, you will receive store credit for your items & tax collected within 3-5 business days. your shipping costs will not be refunded. store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift-card delivered by email to the email attached to your order. store credit does not have an expiration date & can be applied to any future bean goods purchase.
we do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. no exceptions. only store credit is issued.
due to our made-to-order production model order cancelations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. we do not allow order cancellations past this time frame. chances are the materials for your order have already been purchased & your order is in production. once your order is in production you may return your item upon receipt for store credit if desired.
