shipping, returns & exchanges

Shipping Policies 

shipping is via USPS first class mail or USPS priority mail. 

most of our goods are made to order which is a much more sustainable production process & allows us to use minimal waste. due to this our fulfillment times are a little longer. made to order goods can take up to 2 weeks to ship but often will arrive sooner than that window.

you will receive an automated email from us with your tracking information. if you can't locate the email make sure to check your spam folder.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

we ship to most countries in the world. if you don't see your country listed when checking out please contact us and we can most likely add it.

please note that we do not collect and are not responsible for additional VAT or customs fees that will be added when orders enter countries other than the USA

international orders are also shipped via USPS but can take up to 3 weeks depending on customs holding times.

Returns & Exchanges

to begin processing your return process click HERE.

unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding items purchased on sale or using a discount code) can be returned WITHIN 21 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. bean goods does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. all returns must be submitted via our returns portal.

RETURN CRITERIA:

clothing must be free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. if an item is returned to us in a non-resellable condition, it will be returned to you at your cost.

if you'd like to return any of our swim items please just make sure the hygienic liner is in tact. we cannot accept unless that is the case.

RETURN TIMEFRAME:

returns must be sent back to bean goods HQ within 21 days of your item(s) delivery date.  please ensure your package will arrive in time. if we do not receive your return within 21 days after it was delivered, it will not be accepted for store credit.

RETURN PROCESS:

once your return(s) is submitted through our returns portal here, it will be in review.  after your return is approved by bean goods, you will receive a follow-up email with the return instructions and shipping address. please make sure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back to bean goods.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:

you are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost to return your item(s) back to bean goods. bean goods does not pay for return shipping or handling costs (unless the item(s) arrived damaged or it was a mistake on our part). we strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. we are not responsible for any return packages lost in transit.

STORE CREDIT:

once we receive your return back at bean goods, it will be processed for store credit within 3-5 business days. after your return is processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. store credit does not have an expiry date.

REFUNDS:

we do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. no exceptions. only store credit is issued.

EXCHANGES:

due to the fast selling nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. you are welcome to return your item for store credit to use towards the same item in a different size (if it's available). otherwise, store credit can be used towards anything else on our website and it never expires.

CANCELLED ORDERS:

due to our made-to-order production model order cancelations must be made within 6 hours of placing your order.  we do not allow order cancellations past this time frame. chances are the materials for your order have already been purchased & your order is in production. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

all orders placed on sale, any mystery packs, OR using a discount code are final.

no returns or exchanges will be accepted for items purchased on sale or using discount codes.
