FAQS

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

we want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. please allow up to 24 hours for your email to be responded to by our customer service team.  any emails sent after business hours are responded to the next business day. emails sent friday after 5pm PST through sunday evening are responded to on monday.

please do not send us messages on social media inquiring about your order. please direct all customer service inquiries to info@beangoods.com.

ORDER CHANGES:

please make sure to review your order carefully before it is submitted as as it cannot be modified. no changes can be made once your order is placed. double + triple check that all details are correct.

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:

we do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. it is your responsibility to check that your shipping address is correct when your order is placed. if it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships. once it ships, we are not responsible. 

CANCELLED ORDERS:

please make sure you want your item before you place your order. we do not allow order cancellations due to our made to order model. chances are your order is already in production and getting ready to head your way!

SHIPPING 

shipping is via USPS first class mail or USPS priority mail. international orders are also shipped via USPS but can take up to 3 weeks depending on customs.

most of our goods are made to order which is a much more sustainable production process & allows us to use minimal waste. due to this our fulfillment times are a little longer. made to order goods can take up to 2 weeks to ship but often will arrive sooner than that window.

we have 2 production partners so you may receive more than one package from the same order.

you will receive an automated email from us with your tracking information. if you can't locate the email make sure to check your spam folder.

we ship to most countries in the world. if you don't see your country listed please contact us and we can most likely add it.

please note that we are not responsible for additional VAT or customs fees that may be added when entering countries other than the USA.

LOST, STOLEN OR LATE PACKAGES:

bean goods is not responsible for lost, stolen or late packages. once the tracking information indicates "delivered” bean goods is not responsible for stolen or missing mail.  please contact USPS (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking.

SALES / DISCOUNTS 

all items purchased on sale, during a promotion or using a discount code are final.

no returns or exchanges will be accepted for items purchased on sale, during a promotion or using a discount code.

discounts, sales and promotions can not be applied to orders that have already been placed. 

only one discount code can be applied per order. discount codes can not be combined.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding items purchased on sale or using a discount code) can be returned WITHIN 21 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. bean goods does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. all returns must be submitted via our returns portal.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

all damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. please email us (info@beangoods.com) with a photo attached.  if you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

SIZING

many of our styles will have a different fit. individual sizing and measurements will be found in the description section of each design. 

our doggie styles are designed specifically for dogs with longer bodies and shorter legs. yay weenies! sizing and measurements will be found in the description section of each design.

PRODUCT CARE

all of our products are machine washable on any cycle. to keep the prints looking fresh it is recommended to wash on a cold / delicate cycle and air dry.

to preserve the graphic on your product we recommend washing inside out with like colors on a cold cycle using mild detergent and then hang or flat dry. 

PAYMENT METHODS:

we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Payments, Afterpay, Venmo, and bean goods gift cards.  we cannot change a payment method once your order is placed.

AFTERPAY:

afterpay has a minimum order requirement of $35. once your order is placed using Afterpay, we are not responsible for your payment agreement.

PHOTOGRAPHY:

we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. we do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration.
