this tee has the dreamiest unisex fit. it's super comfy and flattering for both men and women. it feels soft and lightweight, with just the right amount of stretch.
due to stock shortages from blank garment manufacturers, the brand/style of the blank your order is printed on may vary slightly without notice from size to size and from style to style.

- machine washable on any cycle. to keep the prints looking fresh it is recommended to wash on a cold cycle and air dry
- to preserve the graphic on your product we recommend washing inside out with like colors on a cold cycle using mild detergent and then hang or flat dry

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
free shipping for orders over $100+ USD.
shipping options are via USPS ground advantage, USPS priority mail & UPS.
most of our goods are made to order which is a much more sustainable production process & allows us to use minimal waste. due to this our fulfillment times are a little longer. made to order goods can take up to 2-3 weeks to ship but often will arrive sooner than that window.
you will receive an automated email from us with your tracking information once your order ships. if you can't locate the email make sure to check your spam folder.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
free shipping to CANADA for orders over $200+ USD.
we ship to most countries in the world. if you don't see your country listed when checking out please contact us and we can most likely add it.
please note that we do not collect and are not responsible for additional VAT or customs fees that will be added when orders enter countries other than the USA. it is your responsibility to collect your packages & pay any VAT or customs fees in a timely manner. if your collection window expires & your package is returned to us we can send it back to you at an additional charge.
international orders are also shipped via USPS but can take up to 3 weeks depending on your country's customs holding times.

customer service hours are Monday - Friday 10 am - 4pm. please allow up to 48 hours for our customer service team to respond to your email. emails sent between Friday after 4 pm PST and Monday before 9 am PST will be responded to within 48 hours of Monday.
Returns & Exchanges
unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding items purchased on sale or using a discount code of 20% of more) in original packaging can be returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. bean goods does offers refunds in the form of store credit only. all returns must be submitted via our returns portal.
you are welcome to exchange your item for the same item in a different size (if it’s available). otherwise, store credit will be issued and can be used towards anything else on our website plus it never expires.

RETURN CRITERIA:
clothing & dog wear must be unwashed, free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, and any other marks or stains. if an item is returned to us in an imperfect condition, it will be returned to you at your cost.
RETURN PROCESS:
once your return(s) is submitted through our returns portal HERE, it will be in review. after your return is approved by bean goods, you will receive a follow-up email with the return instructions and shipping address. please make sure your return(s) includes your NAME and ORDER NUMBER when it is sent back to bean goods.
RETURN SHIPPING COST:
you are responsible for paying for your shipping cost to return or exchange your item(s) to bean goods. bean goods does not pay for return or exchange shipping (unless the item(s) arrived damaged in transit or there was a mistake on our part). we strongly recommend that you send your returns and exchanges back with a tracking number. we are not responsible for any return or exchanges packages lost in transit.
STORE CREDIT:
once your return has been received & passed our quality control process, you will receive store credit for your items & tax collected within 3-5 business days. your shipping costs will not be refunded. store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift-card delivered by email to the email attached to your order. store credit does not have an expiration date & can be applied to any future bean goods purchase.
REFUNDS:
we do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. no exceptions. only store credit is issued.
CANCELLED ORDERS:
due to our made-to-order production model order cancelations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. we do not allow order cancellations past this time frame. chances are the materials for your order have already been purchased & your order is in production. once your order is in production you may return your item upon receipt for store credit if desired.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
all orders purchased from our sale section, using a discount code of 20% of more and mystery packs or mystery items are final sale. no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
